My name is Mohammad Nayebpour and I was born in 1964 in Tehran. I spent my childhood, adolescence and youth in this city. In 1980, I got my high school diploma from Shaheed Ahmad Akhtar High School of 10th District of Tehran. Then I entered the officer's college and in 1982 I finished the officer's course. Simultaneously with my service, I entered the field of science.
In 1985, I entered the University of Tehran with a bachelor's degree in Russian language translation through the national entrance exam, and in 1990, I succeeded in obtaining a bachelor's degree.
In 1994, I entered Shaheed Beheshti University through the assessment organization in the master's degree program in the history of Iran. And in 1997, I defended my master's dissertation (Translation and critique of parts of S-Lumenitsky's itinerary) under the guidance of Dr. Ali Asghar Mossadegh.
In 1997, I was introduced to the Ministry of Science from the University of Law Enforcement Sciences as a faculty member. After the selection process, face-to-face interviews and review of records, it was agreed to join the faculty.
In 1999, after passing the legal steps (entrance exam-interview-research activity) in the doctoral course in the history of Islamic Iran, I was accepted to Shaheed Beheshti University. In 2005, I defended my doctoral dissertation entitled (Iran-Russia Relations in the Nasserite Age, relying on the Akhal Treaty) under the guidance of Dr. Ali Asghar Mossadegh and the advice of Dr. Reza Shabani.
In 2006, I was honored as an outstanding graduate of Shaheed Beheshti University.
In 2007, I was honored as a model commander for research support in the collection of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences.
I have translated and published several articles in the field of Russian literature, especially black literature, the list of which is available.
I have written or translated several articles in the police sciences, the list of which is available.
I have authored several articles in the historical sciences, the list of which is available.
Since 2006, for 6 semesters at the Faculty of Literature and Humanities, University of Tehran (Department of History), I have been teaching Russian language to senior students in Central Asia and the Caucasus that cooperation was halted due to the deployment of an administrative mission.
Since 2007, for 4 semesters, I have been teaching Russian language to the graduate students of Central Asian Studies at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Tehran (Department of Central Asia and the Caucasus) that cooperation was halted due to the deployment of an administrative mission.
In 2009, my case was filed in the Ministry of Science. According to the number 15/5055, the records for official-definite membership were reviewed and approved and a verdict was issued.
Currently, I am a faculty member of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences as an associate professor of 27th grade.
From 2003-2005, I worked as the educational deputy of the Faculty of Intelligence and Criminal Police.
From 2005 to 2007, I worked as the successor of the Faculty of Border and Law Enforcement Sciences and Technology.
From 2007 to 2010, I worked as the head of the Faculty of Administration and Support.
So far, I have completed various book editing, research methods, educational planning, curriculum planning and strategic management workshops.
Since 2007 and simultaneously with the management of the Faculty of Administration and Support, I have succeeded in obtaining the license of the scientific-promotional quarterly of this college with the title of "development" from the Ministry of Science and I have been the director responsible of this quarterly for three years.
From 2011 to 2016, I worked as the deputy editor of the Border Studies Journal.
Since 2014, I have launched the Scientific-Promotional Quarterly Journal of Law Enforcement Studies in the NAJA Research and Studies Organization, and I am currently working as the Deputy Editor.
So far, I have supervised more than 50 master's theses.
So far, I have been a consultant professor of six doctoral dissertations and a supervisor of four doctoral dissertations that some of them have been defended and some of them are ongoing.
So far, I have been the Executive Secretary of the two national conferences as follows:
A- National Conference on Geopolitics and Borders in 2006, University of Law Enforcement Sciences, Faculty of Border Law Enforcement Sciences;
B- In 2007, the Faculty of Law Enforcement Sciences, National Conference on Police and ITC, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Support.
My research report card can be presented with 390 points until 2016-10-22.
The scope of my research activities is the history of developments on Iran's borders, the history of Central Asia and the Caucasus, and the history of developments in the armed forces in Iran.
So far, I have done the following research projects:
Identification of texts and resources related to order and security in the University of Law Enforcement Sciences, 2011.
Identification of texts, resources, etc. related to education and training in the Deputy of Education and Training of NAJA in 2012. Identification of texts, resources, etc. related to border sciences and technologies in the Border College, 2013. Identification of texts and resources, etc. related to disciplinary sciences and techniques in the disciplinary faculty in 2013. On 23/06/2015 and after going through the administrative steps, I have succeeded to reach the level of associate professor of 27th grade. I retired from serving in the police force on March 27th, 2018 - Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. From 20/11/2018, I was appointed as the head of the police encyclopedia by the order of the commander of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. |
